my passions...

I have 2 great professional passions -

exercise and food, and I’ve been so lucky to marry successful careers in both!

Having worked in the food industry for over 20 years I understand the

importance of fresh, nutritious ingredients to provide you with

the sustenance you need to flourish from the inside out.

exercise and me...

Exercise has also played a delightful constant in my life and provided me with so much joy. I have run numerous half marathons (my favourite distance to date) over many years, and I have worked out at countless fabulous gym facilities for the last two decades. Nothing relieves stress better than some exercise! It has the power to transform your body and soul.

I feel extremely privileged as a trainer to have the opportunity to take my clients on a journey to increased fitness, greater bone density, improved mobility and range of motion -not to mention the endorphin rush at the end of a kick-ass workout!

I didn’t choose to specialise in fitness for women over 40 - it chose me! 

My clients and friends would complain that they were training harder in their 40’s, and seeing fewer results… so I looked into it.

 

Over time, the research became clear. As women mature, exercise techniques employed need to change to maximise results.

 

Women need to consider mobility, flexibility and strength more seriously

so we can continue with our busy lives for many years to come.
