Hi, I’m Felicity
Cert lll & Cert lV in Fitness - Master Trainer
Movement is a top priority for me, and it is my absolute passion to share the joy of exercise with others. I specialise in building STRONG and BALANCED bodies. My focus in training is to assist clients to move with confidence, to build strength and to ultimately help people feel empowered through exercise. A training journey with me consists of tailored programs that have a solid foundation of strength conditioning, with elements of proprioceptive training, plyometrics, HIIT and balance work.
Aside from being a Personal Trainer, I am also a Rhythm Ride Instructor, mother of two and food enthusiast!
Hi, I’m Karen
Personal Trainer/Coach
With over 20 years of experience, I specialise in helping clients of all ages achieve sustainable fitness and well-being. From guiding women through the menopausal transition to supporting pre- and post-natal fitness, managing chronic conditions, and aiding rehabilitation. My approach combines strength training, cardio, mobility, core conditioning, boxing, HIIT, and balance training.

I’m passionate about empowering clients to transform into strong, confident individuals who embrace their health and thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, practicing yoga, hiking, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.

• Bachelor of Science (Biological Science)
• Cert III & IV in Fitness
• Kettlebell Trainer (1 & 2), KX Pilates Trainer
• Expertise in Sports Nutrition, Rehab, and Mental Health
